Police arrest 13 over murder of Naval Officer in Kaduna

The Kaduna State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of 13 suspects in connection with the murder of a naval officer, Lt. Commodore M. Buba, who was killed in the early hours of Sunday in the Kawo area of Kaduna.
