Niger State governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello has promised to restructure the state Pilgrims Welfare Board. The Governor stated this while receiving the 2017 Hajj report from the Amir -l- Hajj, Alhaji Shehu Umar Danyaya in Minna, the state capital.
