President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday commissioned the Gombe – Kaltungo highway in Gombe state. According to a statement by spokesperson of the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Uwa Suleiman, Buhari was represented by Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami).
