The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has commended the Hybrid Power Plant project recently launched by Governor Seyi Makinde, calling it a “giant leap” in the state’s pursuit of energy sufficiency.
