The Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Professor Adeolu Akande has facilitated a Digital Nigeria Centre (DNC) for Government College, Ibadan. The DNC is a federal government programme to improve learning and research by promoting the connection of government schools across Nigeria to broadband.
