The El-Birru Muslims Association of Nigeria (EMAN) has congratulated Muslims in Ebira land and Nigeria at large on the occasion of Hijrah 1444AH.
The association in a release signed by Alhaji (Arc.)Abdulyekeen Mamman,National Ameer,EMAN ,Salahudeen Ustaz Yunus,National Secretary, EMAN.also urged muslims in Nigeria to pray for peace and unity of Nigeria.
The association called on all Muslim faithfuls to join them as EMAN mark the new Islamic Year.
EMAN therefore highlighted some of activities prepared for the celebration of the new Islamic calendar as follows:
*THURSDAY (28:07:2022): Observation of One day fast by Ebira Muslims Nationwide to seek for Allah’s mercy on Ebiraland and her people and Nigeria at large !
*FRIDAY (29:07:2022): Special Prayers/Recitations of the Holy Qur’an and Free Medical Outreach shall take place at Ogaminana Central Mosque from 8:00am prompt.
*SATURDAY ( 30:07:2022): Muharram 1st 1444AH – Marking of New Islamic Year with Public Lectures Imperative of a Credible Leadership in the Nigeria Political Dispensation / Launch of Hijrah Calendar 1444AH at Premises of Badamasuiy Bakery, Opposite Ogaminana Central Jummat Mosque – Iniorere, Ogaminana ,Kogi State by 9:00am prompt. In Shaa-Allah
“We shall appreciate your kind support for our regular activities ranging from : Attending to Vunurable ones,
Visitation to inmates of Correctional Centre/ patients in Hospitals .
Reaching-out to Farm Settlements in nearby States to Kogi etc.
“Your kind support for our effective prosecution of some of our programs shall be rewarded by Almighty Allah.
