The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I Jibrin, has mourned the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Lekan Balogun, Alli Okunmade II, who died on Thursday.   The late Oba Balogun, who reigned for two years, died at the age of 81 at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State, after a brief illness.
