The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission has named Azuka Ogugua as its Acting Head of Public Enlightenment and spokesperson. The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons has published the names and photos of convicted sex offenders, including rapists.
