Ex CBN Governor, Adamu Ciroma Dies

Former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Adamu Ciroma is dead. According to Daily Trust, family sources said the elder statesman died in an Abuja hospital on Thursday after a protracted illness. The deceased, a former Managing Director of the New Nigerian Newspapers,was a founding member of the People’s Democratic Party, and also the finance minister during the first term of former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
