FG mulls extension of registration payroll support, to pay 400,000 beneficiaries month end

The Federal Government says it may consider the plea by some states for the extension of the registration time for the payroll support system to enable some states to meet their quota.   This is as the government plans to pay over 400,000 staff of already shortlisted businesses by the end of October. Kwara State Governor,AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Tuesday named a 10-person judicial panel of investigation to look into the complaints of police brutality, human rights abuses and extra judicial killings by the #EndSARS protesters. Suspected criminals have hijacked the EndSARS protest and freed prison inmates at the Correctional Centre in Benin, Edo state.
