Niger Govt restricts movements of motorcycles, tricycles

Concerned about the recent killings of security agents by gunmen on motor cycles, the Niger state government has announced the restriction of the use of motor cycles in Minna and its environs between 7 a.m and 7 p.m   The restriction order was contained in a statement made available to Channels Television in Minna by the state commissioner of information and strategy, Alhaji Abudulami Danlami.
