FCT Police Command has arrested Master Abdul Rasheed Muhammad, an officer of the Nigerian Navy who was apprehended for the killing of Aminu, the son of former Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral I. I. Ibrahim (retd).   The arrest was disclosed by the FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Bennet Igweh during a press briefing while parading the suspect on Wednesday.   He said Muhammad killed Aminu and stole his car two weeks ago. The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) announced significant progress in the Federal Government’s 2020 policy to link all Subscriber Identification Modules (SIMs) to National Identity Numbers (NINs).
