The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) announced today that all licensed Nigerian private tour operators have agreed to appoint Rawaf Mina as the exclusive Saudi service provider for the 2026 Hajj season. The decision followed NAHCON‑led consultations that resulted in a detailed service agreement covering Masha’ir operations, transportation, catering and integration with the NUSUK/Masar platform.
In a statement signed by Fatima Sanda Usara ,Deputy Director, Information and Public Relations,NAHCON said the partnership is expected to raise service standards and strengthen collaboration between Nigerian operators and their Saudi counterparts. The Commission reiterated the importance of early registration, adherence to Saudi health and payment regulations, and the need for pilgrims to obtain written contracts from their tour operators.
Also on Friday, NAHCON Chairman Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman formally inaugurated the NUSUK/Masar platform at the Commission’s Ummul Judd office. A ten‑member team was appointed to oversee the Nusuk Masar process for the 2026 pilgrimage, with responsibilities that include coordinating visa registration, managing contracts, liaising with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, ensuring digital integration with NAHCON’s systems, and providing technical support to state pilgrims’ welfare boards and private operators.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by NAHCON commissioners, five board members, a representative of the presidency, and officials from state pilgrims’ welfare boards.
NAHCON urged prospective pilgrims to register promptly, comply with all Saudi guidelines, and keep copies of service agreements.
