The Abuja Muslim Forum(AMF) has felicitated with the team of scholars that brought into fruition, with the help of the Almighty Allāh (SWT), the translation of the whole of the Noble Qur’ān into the Ebira Language, one of the famous ethnicity in Nigeria.
AMF in a statement signed by its Ameer, Ustadh (Barr) Luqman Jamiu Ahmad, said :
“We are short of words to describe our joy when we learnt that, that great feat had been achieved and that the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello shall lead other prominent Nigerians at the formal presentation of this unprecedented intellectual achievement at the palace of the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, Dr. Ado Ibrahim today, 13th Ramadan, 1442AH.
“We wish the entire presentation committee, particularly the Secretary who coincidentally was the former Secretary of the Abuja Muslim Forum (AMF), a resounding success in the lofty programme.
“We are with you in spirit and identify with this giant stride in the spread of Islam in Nigeria generally and Kogi State in particular.
“Lastly, we pray to Allah to accept the effort as an act of ibādah”.
