The All Progressives Congress (APC) has celebrated its National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, on the occasion of his 75th birthday, lauding his outstanding leadership and contributions to the Party’s success.
In a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the Party described Dr. Ganduje as a distinguished leader, administrator, scholar, philanthropist, and accomplished politician who has left an indelible mark on public service and party politics in Nigeria.
The statement highlighted Ganduje’s role in steering the APC to successive electoral victories and consolidating its position as Africa’s largest political party. His inclusive and consultative leadership style was credited with fostering unity and cooperation within the Party and effectively supporting the implementation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Under his tenure, the APC has embarked on several transformative initiatives, including the planned digitization of its membership register, the establishment of the Progressive Institute, and enhanced collaboration between the Party and government in delivering on electoral promises.
On behalf of the Party’s National Working Committee (NWC), leaders, and supporters, Morka conveyed prayers for Dr. Ganduje’s long life, wisdom, and good health as he continues his service to the Party and the nation.
Dr. Ganduje, a former two-term Governor of Kano State, has been praised for his impactful contributions to national development and his commitment to progressive governance.
