ABUJA,The All Progressives Congress (APC) has scheduled to hold its 2018 National Convention in Abuja on Saturday Oct. 6.
The ruling party in a statement signed by the Chairman, APC National Convention Planning Committee, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi, said the convention will start by 12 noon at Eagle Square, Abuja.
Ajimobi said that all delegates will be accredited by their various states while areas of traffic diversion will be announced.
The Convention, according to the statement, is to elect the Presidential candidate of the Party.
About 7000 delegates are expected at the convention
So far, it is only President Muhammadu Buhari that has filed in as an aspirant for Saturday’s National convention.
