The Registrar-General/CEO of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, has been honoured with the 2025 Excellence in Public Service Award at the 7th edition of the BusinessDay Awards for Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
Magaji received the award on Monday in Abuja, with the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris Malagi, presented the plaque on behalf of the organisers.
According to BusinessDay, the CAC chief emerged as a winner for delivering effectively on the Commission’s mandate in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. The organisers highlighted his innovative leadership style, adoption of modern reforms, and efficient resource management as key factors behind the recognition.
CAC News reports that the event attracted several prominent dignitaries, including former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan represented by former Senate President and former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar.
