CAC enhances Customer Experience with 20 New Call Centre Licenses

In a bid to improve customer experience, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has strengthened its call centre with the addition of 20 new licenses. This initiative, aimed at meeting global standards, was revealed on Monday in Abuja by the Registrar-General, Hussaini Ishaq Hussaini Magaji.

During an inspection of the upgraded CAC call centre, Magaji emphasized that the move was designed to manage the growing volume of calls and resolve customer challenges quickly. He assured that the newly acquired licenses were fully operational and ready to support a larger audience, in line with international best practices.

CAC RG also highlighted the training of staff to ensure they are equipped to professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints. He urged the public to make use of the dedicated Call Centre number, 07080629000, for a better customer experience.

This expansion followed the Commission’s 2024 Management Retreat in Jos, Plateau State, where Magaji reiterated the CAC’s commitment to reinventing itself to meet current and future customer needs, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
