The Registrar-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, SAN, has reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing staff welfare and improving workplace conditions across the Commission.
Magaji gave the assurance while receiving the executive members of the Senior Staff Associations of Statutory Corporations and Government Owned Companies (SSASCGOC), CAC Branch, led by Comrade Steven Bivan, during a courtesy visit to his office.
The CAC boss emphasized that staff wellbeing remains a priority of his administration, pledging to sustain ongoing welfare initiatives aimed at creating a more conducive working environment. He also urged employees to reciprocate management’s efforts through increased commitment, professionalism, and dedication to their duties.
According to him, improved staff motivation is critical to achieving institutional efficiency and delivering quality services to Nigerians.
Speaking earlier, the SSASCGOC Chairman, Comrade Steven Bivan, said the union was at the Commission to congratulate the Registrar-General on the successful hosting of the CAC@35 anniversary celebrations.
Bivan commended Magaji’s leadership, describing his tenure as one marked by growth, innovation, and service excellence, noting that the reforms introduced under his leadership continue to inspire confidence among staff members.
He further expressed the union’s appreciation for the welfare schemes implemented by management, which he said have positively impacted staff morale and productivity.
