The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has called on corps members and staff across the country to imbibe the values of sacrifice, renewal, hope, and love as Christians celebrate Easter.
In a press statement issued by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the NYSC leadership described Easter as a significant period that reflects virtues central to the scheme’s mission and national development.
The Director-General encouraged corps members to demonstrate these ideals in their daily conduct, noted that such values are essential to fostering unity, selfless service, and mutual respect among Nigerians.
The statement further urged members of the NYSC community to remain steadfast in their commitment to national integration, emphasizing that Nigeria’s strength lies in its diversity and shared purpose.
