Today, we remembered the passing of our revered Chief Imam who answered the call of Allah 50 Years ago Imam AbdulRahim Ibn Imam Yahaya Tajudeen (Sheikh -Al-Islam)His departure leaves an immense void in our hearts and our community Ebiraland and beyond.
Imam AbdulRahim was a shining example of piety, wisdom, and compassion. He guided us with unwavering dedication, spreading Allah’s message and promoting unity during his reign as Chief Imam .
His legacy:
– Unwavering commitment to Islamic principles and tarbiyah
– Selfless service to the community an uncommon values that run in the blood of the entire family members -Alhamdulillah
– Inspiring generations with knowledge and wisdom
– Building bridges between faiths and cultures in our Cosmopolitan Society leading to winning more souls
– Unshakeable optimism and hope in the Ummah leading in knowledge, trade and politics.
We remember his:
– Soothing voice in prayer
– Gentle guidance in counsel and enterprising
– Warm smile and welcoming heart with utmost generosity
– Steadfast resolve in adversity
– Unwavering faith in Allah’s plan
As we remembered our Reliable Imam after 50years, we take comfort in the Quran’s promise:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un” (Verily, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return). [Quran 2:156]
May Allah:
– Grant our beloved Industrious Imam Jannah al-Firdaus.
– Comfort his family and loved ones
– Unite us in faith and purpose
– Guide us on the path of righteousness
