FHA establishes Energy Distribution Company ….. Promises more Power Generation for FHA Estates, other Nigerians

The Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oladimeji Oyetunde Ojo has promised to improve on provision of electricity to Nigerians geared towards bridging energy crises across the country and it’s Estates .

 

The Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oladimeji Oyetunde Ojo gave this assurance on Wednesday during the commissioning of the newly established FHA Energy Distribution Company Limited Head office, a subsidiary of the agency located in Abuja.

 

While commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu under the Renewed Hope Agenda of the present administration for providing the enabling environment, assured Nigerians to cooperate with the present administration for a quality leadership to the country.

 

Ojo who promised to bridge the gap of energy deficit across all its estates in the country, maintained that it is poised to bring on board more electricity distribution to Nigerians .

 

He also assured that in the next six months, the new subsidiary will affect both the public and private sectors towards resolving the energy crises in the country.

 

While assuring the new Management to provide a permanent office in the next two years , to enable them settle down for real business of providing electricity to Nigerians.

 

He reassured Nigerians of providing quality housing both in the urban and rural areas without further delay in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

 

He tasked the new energy subsidiary to strive to achieve prominence like the Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank FHAMB by generating energy to its head offices , estates and other offices.

 

Earlier the Managing Director of the new company, Engr K.M. Umar promised to improve electricity generation to all its Estates , Nigerians which included the private sector.

 

He said the new company will commence provision of electricity to the Zuba Housing Estate , the Federal Housing Authority head office and will gradually move to all its Estates across the country.
