A former APC Gubernotoial candidate in the last Governorship primary in Niger state, Alhaji Idris Mohammed Malagi on Monday joined other political big wigs in the state to pay a congratulatory visit to Niger state Governor-Elect,Hon Umar Mohammed Bago at his residence in Maitama, Abuja.
Malagi who is also the Publisher of Blueprint Newspaper and Kakakin Nupe expressed confidence in the ability of Hon Umar Bago and his Deputy, Comrade Yakubu Garba to tackle the most urgent problems facing the state with renewed vigour.
Malagi assured that the incoming administration of Umar Bago will formulate policies that will improve security and the living standard of all Nigerlites.
He prayed Almighty Allah to give the Governor-elect sound health and divine wisdom to deliver meaningful democratic dividends to the state.
In his remarks, Hon. Mohammed Bago thanked Alhaji Idris Mohammed Malagi for the special visit while promising to work closely with all critical stakeholders involved for the development of Niger state.
