Humanity and inclusiveness were on full display at the 2nd Annual Marriage Conference organised by Happy Home Marriage Consult, as the organisation extended financial support to widows from different faith backgrounds and honoured outstanding commitment within marriage.
As part of its humanitarian outreach during the conference, Happy Home Marriage Consult provided financial assistance to two widows, cutting across religious lines. One of the beneficiaries was Mrs. Okunrotifa Comfort, a Christian widow and mother of two from Lugbe, Abuja. The other was Mrs. Isa Hajara, a Muslim widow and mother of three residing in Kuje, Abuja. The support was aimed at easing their economic burdens and encouraging hope and resilience.
The presentations were made openly during the event, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to transparency, compassion and the belief that support for the vulnerable should transcend religious or social differences.
In addition, the organisation honoured Hajia Madinat Muhammad with a cash award of ₦100,000 in recognition of her exemplary role as a devoted and supportive wife. The gesture underscored the importance of dedication, sacrifice and partnership in building strong and enduring marriages.
Speaking at the event, the Founder of Happy Home Marriage Consult, Coach Adebayo Abdullateef, said the initiative reflected the organisation’s philosophy that building happy homes goes beyond counselling and required practical acts of love and responsibility within the wider community.
Happy Home Marriage Consult is a professional marriage consulting firm dedicated to promoting healthy, purpose-driven families through services such as premarital and marital counselling, matrimonial conflict management, pre- and post-divorce counselling, and counsellor training.
