The flooding in Maiduguri is called force majeure (An act of God) which no one could planned for, same thing as earthquake, hurricane, typhoon and volcano among other natural disasters
The flood could happen any where just the way some area in Abuja is scared of tremor, an act of God could happen anywhere anytime so lets support the victims.
Lets support the victims to recover the little we can help them with, it is quite a challenging period for them.
A victim I new very well lost the family house to the flood and also lost their shop in the market to the flood and their livelihood has been shattered. Subhanallahi.
Where should they start from, food, house or clothing. I am sure you will say food first, please lets support them to restart again.
The flood may have rescinded but the victims are still grappling with the loss.
