The Director-General of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), Dr. Matthew Olumide Adepoju, has extended heartfelt Christmas greetings to staff, stakeholders, partners, and Nigerians, while emphasizing the agency’s achievements and future aspirations.
In his Christmas message, Dr. Adepoju reflected on the progress made under his leadership, including improved staff welfare, enhanced visibility, and strategic partnerships with national and international organizations. He reiterated NASRDA’s commitment to utilizing space technology for socio-economic development and inspiring future generations.
Highlighting his 3-point agenda, Dr. Adepoju outlined the agency’s focus on commercialization, private sector engagement, and capacity building. He expressed optimism about the potential of space technology to address Nigeria’s developmental challenges.
The DG extended special appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership and Chief Uche Nnaji, Minister of Innovation, Science, and Technology, for their support in advancing Nigeria’s innovation and technological landscape.
Dr. Adepoju also commended NASRDA staff for their dedication and thanked stakeholders and partners for their unwavering support, which has been instrumental in the agency’s success.
