Nigeria gears up for Digital Nigeria 2025 as NITDA inaugurates LOC

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has inaugurated the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 2025 Digital Nigeria International Conference, billed to hold from November 11 to 13 at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre, Abuja.
The annual event, which has grown into Nigeria’s foremost platform for dialogue, collaboration, and innovation in the digital space, will run with the theme: “Innovation for a Sustainable Digital Future: Accelerating Growth, Inclusion and Global Competitiveness.” The theme reflects the country’s determination to harness technology for inclusive development, sustainable growth, and global competitiveness, in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The inaugurated Committee is charged with delivering a world-class event that fosters meaningful engagement among government, industry, academia, and civil society, while positioning Nigeria as a continental leader in digital transformation. Anchored on the eight pillars of NITDA’s Strategic Roadmap and Action Plan (SRAP 2.0), the LOC will ensure the conference showcase Nigeria’s innovation drive, attracts global investment, and amplify the nation’s digital capabilities.
This year’s edition is expected to draw key stakeholders from across sectors to chart a sustainable digital pathway for Nigeria, with emphasis on innovation, inclusivity, and international competitiveness.
