The Director General and CEO of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Engr. Abisoye Coker-Odusote, has been awarded an honorary doctorate degree by the African University of Science and Technology (AUST) during its 10th Convocation Ceremony held in Abuja.
The honorary degree was bestowed in recognition of Engr. Coker-Odusote’s exceptional contributions to national development, particularly her transformative impact on the identity management sector in Nigeria. Under her leadership, NIMC has witnessed significant advancements, positioning the agency as a pivotal institution in the nation’s socio-economic growth.
