NPF Honored as Most Improved Service Delivery Parastatal of 2024 …. IGP Egbetokun pledges continued commitment to Excellence

The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has been recognized as the Most Improved Service Delivery Parastatal for the year 2024 by the SERVICOM Unit under the Presidency.

 

The prestigious award was presented to the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, on January 14, 2025, by the National Coordinator/CEO of SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnena Akajemeli, in a ceremony held at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.

 

In her address, Mrs. Akajemeli praised the NPF for its remarkable strides in enhancing service delivery, particularly through its service charter and customer service workplan. She emphasized that the award is merit-based, reflecting the Force’s substantial improvements in touching the lives of Nigerians.

 

Receiving the award, IGP Egbetokun expressed his gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed the NPF’s commitment to maintaining the positive momentum.

 

“This achievement underscores the dedication and commitment of our officers and men who are working tirelessly to improve the service delivery of the Nigeria Police Force. We remain committed to delivering our duties to the public with utmost professionalism,” the IGP remarked.

 

He further emphasized the Force’s resolve to continue enhancing its services and urged Nigerians to support the NPF’s efforts by staying vigilant and reporting any suspicious activities.
