The former Deputy Governor of Lagos state and Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals SSA-SDGs, Princess Adejoke Orelope Adefulire was decorated with the National Productivity order of Merit NPOM.
The grand event which attracted well wishers was held at the conference hall of the National Productivity Centre NPC, Abuja.
Adefulire who appreciated the honor done to her by the federal government and promised to continue to do her best to provide enabling environment that will ensure social security, empowerment, healthy society among many others.
Earlier before she was decorated, Dr Nasir Olaitan Raji-Mustapha, the Director- General National Productivity Centre NPC commended the SSA to the President on Sustainable Development Goals SSA-SDGs for her laudable programs that had domesticated the UN SDGs in Nigeria.
He particularly praised the former Deputy Governor for pursuing the 2020-2030 agenda with vigour and attention it deserves, stating that the honor was timely.
Princess Adefulire was supported by her husband Rtd Justice Abiodun Adefulire at the occasion.
