Former President of the Senate, Senator David Mark, has felicitated with former President, General Olusegun Obasanjo (Rtd), on his 88th birthday, describing him as a leader of all seasons.
In a goodwill message issued by his Media Adviser, Paul Mumeh, Senator Mark extolled Obasanjo as a rare patriot whose dedication to the ideals of nationhood remains invaluable.
He highlighted that Obasanjo’s unwavering commitment and hard work laid a solid foundation for Nigeria’s growth and development.
“Chief Obasanjo is an uncommon administrator and a symbol of our unity, equity, and justice,” Mark said.
The former Senate President acknowledged Obasanjo’s selfless contributions to the peace, unity, and advancement of the country, praying for the elder statesman’s continued good health.
“As he celebrates his 88th birthday, I extend warm felicitations to him on behalf of my family. May God grant him many more fruitful years as he continues to make his wealth of experience available to the younger generation,” Mark added.
He wished the former President more years of peace, wisdom, and good health.
