We have Imams and Pastors who preach against Adultery from the pulpits and engage in it, some right inside the holy grounds and on their unsuspecting members who trust them either willingly or forcefully.
I have read of girls and boys who were raped by their very own Quranic Teachers and women and girls who were taken advantage of or raped during deliverance session by some Pastors.
I have also read of minor children/adults (male & female) being raped right in their very own beds by their very *own* fathers & relatives. Some were recently reported in the Newspapers.
Some mothers cover up this atrocities to keep their marriage at *All* cost!
We also have read about the Catholic Priests and the Nuns who practice homosexuality and Lesbianism/sexual intercourse on the young within their ranks or between themselves.
Unfortunately Professing religious dedication/piety is not a *marker* for piety.
Meanwhile we have *atheists* who are sexually upright and will never commit Adultery/fornication, talk less of rape.
My research points to knowledge, sincerity in obeying the commands of Allah, the cultivation of willpower & self discipline for sexual purity.
Beyond the above listed categories, we have individuals with *All* manners of *disorders* who prey on others for sexual gratification. Unfortunately the signs are usually not not visible.
*All manners of individuals who have all manners of excuses for their evildoings.*
All hands must be on deck.
*Remember we are All Shepherds*, with the man being the *Chief Shepherd*, everyone must do their bit. Advocacy, Orientation of the young to be upright and avoid profanity, Awareness, Responsibility, Naming and shaming, better shepherding by All stakeholders are some of the key initiatives we must action NOW!
Let it trend
Let the impact of our collective *voices and stance* cause change to happen👈🏻
We say
🎯No to rape
🎯No to sexual harassment
🎯No to deafening silence
🎯No to men & women who are accomplices to evil
🎯No to violence,🎯No to irresponsible men….
🎯No to irresponsible women

On the authority of Abu Sa`eed al-Khudree (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.” [Muslim]
*Indeed evil thrives when good people are silent*
This silence is defeaning
