The Executive Secretary, Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), today, 18th September 2025, received a delegation of traditional rulers at the Council headquarters in Abuja. The team was led by the Traditional Ruler of Turu Vom, Dagwom Turu, HRH Ezekiel James Dalyop, who was accompanied by his delegation.
