The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested and charged Mr. Samuel Ojeogwu, reportedly an associate of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, over alleged involvement in criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, theft, and cyber-bullying.
According to a statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, the Command received a petition on October 28, 2025, against Mr. Ojeogwu and three others, prompting a thorough investigation.
Despite several invitations for questioning, the suspect allegedly ignored police summons. He was eventually arrested in Lagos based on a court-issued warrant and conveyed to Abuja for further investigation.
Upon conclusion of the investigation, Mr. Ojeogwu was charged to court on November 6, 2025, and has been remanded pending the fulfilment of his bail conditions.
The FCT Police Command reiterated its commitment to professional policing, due process, and the rule of law.
