Ramadan 1447AH: Oyo Guber Aspirant, Ololade Bakare felicitates muslims, urges spiritual renewal

Oyo State gubernatorial aspirant, Dr. Ololade Usman Bakare, has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful across Oyo State as the holy month of Ramadan 1447AH begins, called on adherents to embrace spiritual renewal and strengthened devotion.

In a Ramadan message made available to journalists, Dr. Bakare described the fasting period as a sacred season marked by prayer, self-discipline, and reflection, noting that it offers Muslims an opportunity to purify their hearts and deepen their relationship with Allaah (SWT) through obedience and devotion.

The cybersecurity expert stated that Ramadan served as a reminder of the enduring values of patience, sacrifice, compassion, and gratitude, urging Muslims to reflect on their responsibilities toward one another, particularly the less privileged in society.

He encouraged faithful to uphold the teachings of Islam by promoting peace, showing kindness, and extending support to those facing challenges during the holy month.

Dr. Bakare expressed optimism about the future of Oyo State, statedo that sincere prayers combined with purposeful leadership would foster greater progress and shared prosperity for the people.

He also prayed for Allaah’s acceptance of the fasts, prayers, and good deeds of Muslims throughout the Ramadan period.
