Zaura. Twenty-seven suspected COVID 19 patients who were placed on isolation, have been discharged in Niger State after tested negative to the deadly virus. Commissioner for Health and Dr. Muhammad Makusidi disclosed this to journalists while releasing the suspected cases at the Minna isolation centre. BREAKING: Six COVID-19 patients discharged in Lagos

Six COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, Lagos. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of the state, broke the news on Monday evening. The patients, five males and one female, were discharged after testing negative for coronavirus twice. With the announcement, a total of 61 persons have been discharged in the state, which has so far recorded 179 confirmed COVID-19 cases.
