CAC mulls partnership with NASENI to improve ICT infrastructure

CAC uncovers 189 fake companies used to acquire property in Abuja

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), said it has uncovered 189 fake businesses used to acquire property allocations in the Federal Capital Territory. This was disclosed by the commission’s Registrar General, Hussaini Magaji, during a press conference on Tuesday in Abuja. Magaji revealed that the discovery was made in response to a complaint from the Federal Capital Territory Administration to verify the status of a non-existent firm requesting land allocation. He claimed that discovering the non-existent firm prompted him to conduct additional research, which resulted in the identification of other companies.…
