Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force have arrested a criminal syndicate responsible for recent economic sabotage and vandalism of rail tracks in the North-West and North-Central parts of the country. The arrest of the suspects follows deliberate efforts by the Force to contain and clampdown on perpetrators of recent incidents of rail tracks vandalism, carting away of critical locomotive equipment and other related economic crimes in some parts of the country. NSCDC Arrests Suspected Electricity Vandal in Niger State.

Operatives of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC have arrested a suspected electricity equipment vandal in Suleja town of Niger State.     While parading the suspect at its office in Suleja, the Commander of the Suleja Area Office of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) disclosed that the suspected vandal was arrested at Gajiri area of Suleja where he was making an attempt to vandalise a transformer.
