The National Executive Council of Tiv Youth Organization TYO has suspended indefinitely some members of Abuja chapter of the organization over gross misconduct,stated that the violators of its instruction will be dealt with.
The National Council also warned against further similar gross misconduct as Tiv Youth Organization is not willing to condole indiscipline of any kind from its members.
The NEC implored Chief Joseph Seater Undu led FCT Executive Council as the only recognized leadership of Abuja chapter of Tiv Youth Organization, to utilize the TYO constitution and collaborate with security agencies to counter and prevent any attempts to destabilize the organization.
This is sequel to the crisis within the leadership of the FCT Chapter of the organization.

RE: SUSPENSION OF TIV YOUTH ORGANIZATION ACTIVITIES IN ABUJA CHAPTER TILL FURTHER NOTICE/INDEFINITE SUSPENSION OF ERRING MEMBERS
We received your letter dated 16th August, 2024 wherein, you revealed with supporting documents, including pictures and videos that some of your members have grossly violated the directives of the National Executive Council of Tiv Youth Organization not to hold any congresses until the crisis within the leadership of the chapter is re solved.
Those earmarked to have spearheaded this gross violation includes:
1. Mr. Tersoo Iorlaha.
2. Barr. Daniel Awuapila Aondowase.
3. Mr. Tavershima Kennedy Iorver.
4. Inspector Phillip Orshi.
5. Mr. Gabriel Igbawua.
6. Mr. Henda James.
7. Mr. Tersoo Orbunde.
8. Mr. Jerry Iorhenda.
9. Mr. Terkaa Jebu
10. Mr. Felix Abor
11. Mr. Ikyo Benjamin
12. Mr. Emmanuel Jooli
13. Mr. Bem Stephen
14. Mr. Begha David Tyover
15. Mr. Marley Shishima.
Following the above development, the National Executive Council of T iv Youth Organization has decided to suspend indefinitely, the violators of its instruction.
Furthermore, we strongly warn against similar behavior going forward as Tiv Youth Organization is not willing to condole indiscipline of any kind from its members.
We implore your leadership, which is the only recognized leadership of Abuja Chapter of Tiv Youth Organization, to utilize the TYO constitution and collaborate with security agencies to counter and prevent any attempts to destabilize the organization.
Regarding the crisis within the leadership of the Chapter, you may recall that we had earlier written to you, expressly permitting you to seek resolutions amongst yourselves and to communicate the National Executive Council accordingly.
However, no resolution has been arrived at. Therefore, the National Executive Council shall step in with a view to a resolution. To this end, we shall be. communicating you in the nearest future, a date for the visit of the National Executive Council.
