VON DG Jibrin Baba Ndace Joins Global Broadcasters at NAB Show 2025 in Las Vegas

The Director General of Voice of Nigeria (VON), Malam Jibrin Baba Ndace, is currently participating in the 2025 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Conference and Workshop taking place in Las Vegas, United States.

 

The global broadcast event, which runs from April 5 to 9, is themed “The Technology, The Trend, The Future.” brought together key players in the media industry to explore cutting-edge trends including artificial intelligence, cloud visualisation, the creator economy, and sports streaming.

 

Mallam Ndace’s participation reflected VON’s commitment to deepening broadcast collaborations and forging strategic alliances in the evolving digital media landscape. As Nigeria’s international broadcaster, VON has embraced digital transformation through its website (www.von.gov.ng) and active social media presence.

 

Under Ndace’s leadership, VON has also strengthened partnerships with prominent international broadcasters such as the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC), Radio France Internationale (RFI), and Egypt Radio.

 

The Las Vegas forum presented a unique opportunity for VON to expand on these partnerships, explore content-sharing initiatives, and engage in knowledge exchange on emerging broadcast technologies and professional training.
