The Interim Committee of Wushishi Old Students Association (WOSA) has felicitated with the Chairman, Board of Trustees (BoT), Wushishi Old Students Association and former Secretary to the Government of Niger State, Prof. Muhammed Kuta Yahaya on his 59th birthday anniversary.
A statement issued by the Interim Chairman of WOSA and former Statistician-General of Niger State, Alhaji Usman Liman described the Professor of Agricultural Extension and Development Communication of Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development of the University of Ibadan as a brilliant Professor, amazing Teacher, Lecturer extraordinary, remarkable mentor and inspiring Counsellor.
According to the Interim Chairman, “Prof. Kuta Yahaya has demonstrated a high degree of resilience, determination and character to achieve his goals; we are witnesses to your commitments and contributions to the development of Niger State when you were the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), your cross-national and multi-sector experience in discharging your gargantuan duties and responsibilities as SSG remained unmatched”
Alhaji Usman Liman stated that Magatakardan Nupe is a Go-getter, frank and unrepentant optimist with innermost convictions that it can be done in the spirit of sincerity and penchant to uphold the truth always.
He said WOSA is proud to associate itself with proactive, motivated and passionate development and public scholar with a track record of initiative, personal responsibility, ownership of work and a reputation for removing obstacles and making things happen.
The former Statistician-General of Niger State prayed that God will continue to uphold him and his family as he serve WOSA, University of Ibadan, Niger State and Nigeria at large with diligence, honesty, compassion and determination.
