The Minister of Communications, Dr Pantami has directed Telecom Regulators, NCC to bring to an end the issue of sales of pre-registered and partially-registered sim cards in Nigeria. The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) said it has issued 36.6 million National Identity Numbers (NIN) to Nigerians as at September 11.
