The Senate on Tuesday received a request from President Muhammadu Buhari for the confirmation of Engr. Sanusi Garba as Executive Chairman of the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). Also to be confirmed are: Dr. Musiliu Olalekan Oseni as Vice Chairman; and Aisha Mahmud as Commissioner. FG mulls extension of registration payroll support, to pay 400,000 beneficiaries month end
