The Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami at the Ministerial Task Force meeting on the NIN-SIM data linkage has said over 51 million Nigerians have been assigned NINs. He said there were many Nigerians, who have enrolled and are in the process of being assigned NINs.
