A former super permanent secretary during the Gowon Era and elderstateman, Alhaji Ahmed Joda, has died at the age of 91. Joda died on Friday at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Yola, Adamawa State following a brief illness. A family member, Mohammed Baba, confirmed Joda’s death to journalists.
