Police honours Constable with N30,000 for returning missing $800 to owner

The Katsina State Police Command has rewarded a Constable, Nura Mande, with N30,000 for returning a missing $800 (N331,992) to its owner in the state.   The Command’s spokesperson, SP Gambo Isah made this known in a statement on Friday, June 25, 2022.   According to SP Isah, the constable was presented with a letter of commendation and N30,000 cash by the Commissioner of Police, CP Idris Dabban.     Isa recalled that Mande was on official duty at the state Pilgrims Welfare Board Hajj camp when he saw the…
