Nigeria Police suspend enforcement of Tinted glass permit following Court order

The Nigeria Police Force has announced the suspension of the enforcement of vehicle tinted glass permits after receiving a court order halting the exercise.   Spokesperson for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command, SP Josephine Adeh, confirmed during an interview on AIT that the police have officially received the court directive and have accordingly put the enforcement on hold.   “The order has been received and the enforcement of the tinted permit is now on hold pending the court’s verdict,” Adeh stated.   The suspension will remain in effect…
