The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has commenced a targeted enforcement campaign tagged Operation Safe Kugbo to improve traffic flow and reduce road crashes involving articulated vehicles along the busy Kugbo outbound corridor in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
