Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated the Emir of Lafiagi, Alhaji Sa’adu Kawu Haliru on the 45th anniversary of his ascending the throne of his forebears, prayed Allah to make his reign longer and more successful for the Lafiagi emirate.
“I congratulate His Royal Highness the Emir of Lafiagi on the 45th anniversary of his assumption of office. Not only has His Royal Highness’s reign been very peaceful, it has also witnessed unprecedented socioeconomic development that is bringing prosperity and honour to sons and daughters of Lafiagi,” according to a statement by the Governor’s spokesman Rafiu Ajakaye.
“While I beseech His Royal Highness to continue to work for peace and to constantly engage the masses, especially the youths, on the challenges of development, I pray Almighty Allah to grant him longer years on the throne and more wisdom to successfully lead his people to achieve more prosperity. I also pray Allah to let him reap the fruits of the huge investments now domiciled in his domain.”
