As part of his ongoing familiarisation tour of it’s estates in the South -West, Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Senator Gbenga Ashafa has again handed down a strong warning to land speculators, grabbers and encroachers on its lands, saying their days are numbered.
Senator Ashafa read the riot act during a routine tour of the authority’s Crystal estate on Wednesday in Oshogbo, Osun state.
He said those caught with duplication of it’s properties through illegal sales of land, should be prepared to face the consequences.
The Managing Director directed all partners accredited for the new housing estate in Oshogbo to return to sites, with a proposal on how best to achieve early completion of the new site.
He tasked the zonal south- west team of FHA to work assiduously in ensuring the new estate comes to reality.
Senator Ashafa maintained that the present administration cannot afford a cog in the wheel of it’s progress, geared towards providing housing for all Nigerians .
